NicQuit facilitates orders fulfilled by partner pharmacies. Returns and warranty claims are subject to applicable laws and pharmacy policies.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, returns are limited.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes your statutory rights.
2. Prescription Products
- Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, except where required by law
- This is due to safety, storage, and regulatory requirements
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- Photographic evidence may be required
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 14 days
- Do not use the product
- We will arrange a replacement where appropriate
6. Warranty (Devices Only)
Some devices may include a limited warranty.
- Warranty applies only to unused products in original packaging
- Warranty periods may vary depending on the product
- Consumable items (including liquids, pods, coils) are not covered
7. Returns Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- We may reject returns that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition
8. Return Shipping
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
9. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
