NicQuit facilitates ordering and delivery through partner pharmacies. All products are dispensed and shipped by licensed pharmacy partners.
Packaging is discreet. It does not refer to medical products, pharmacy or NicQuit.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed by the pharmacy after prescription validation
- Orders are fulfilled on a first-received basis
2. Delivery Options
2a) Australia-wide Delivery
- Orders are shipped by partner pharmacies using Australia Post or equivalent carriers
- Standard and Express options may be available at checkout
- Typical delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days
- Delivery times depend on location and carrier performance
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched
- Deliveries require signature on receipt
2b) Collect in-store
- We are open from 8am to 8pm every day of the year. Pharmacy 777, 4/10 Dower St, Mandurah, WA 6210
2c) Local Delivery
- We deliver to the Mandurah area every weekday afternoon (except public holidays) via our own van.
- Delivery radius is 15km from the Mandurah Forum.
- Order cut-off is 11am AWST for delivery that day.
3. Delivery Conditions
- You must provide accurate delivery details
- Prescription products may not be delivered to PO Boxes
- Business addresses are recommended, where possible.
- Residential addresses are suitable but sometimes more difficult for Australia Post to access.
- If delivery is missed, parcels may be redirected to a collection point
3. Delays and Risk
NicQuit is not responsible for delays caused by:

- postal or courier services
- public holidays
- weather events
- incorrect delivery details
Once an order has been dispatched, risk passes to you to the extent permitted by law.
4. Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
