You may be eligible for bulk billing if:
- You are currently experiencing homelessness
- You are seeking care related to family/domestic violence or sexual assault
- You live in a regional, rural, or remote area (Modified Monash Model MMM 4–7)
- You are in COVID-19 (or other directed) isolation/quarantine
- This is an urgent after-hours consult and you can't reach your usual GP
- You are receiving specialist psychiatric care and currently live in a residential aged care facility
- You access care through an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service or another eligible health service
A valid Medicare card is required for the bulk billing clinic and for the paid clinic.

Clinical assessment first
Prescriptions are only issued when a prescriber assesses that treatment is clinically appropriate for your circumstances.
Ongoing support
Follow-up support is available through telehealth prescribers and pharmacy partners as your needs change over time.
Payment for Consultations and Products
Our prescribing partners charge you for consultaions. Payment is due at time of consultation.
Our pharmacy partners charge you for products.
Product orders are made on NicQuit and passed to the appropriate pharmacy. Orders can only be made once you have a prescription in hand.
