What is NicQuit?

NicQuit is an online smoking cessation business based in Mandurah, Western Australia.

Why does NicQuit exist?

NicQuit exists to assist people access vaping products in a streamlined and legal way.

In Western Australia, vaping products can only be legally accessed through a pharmacy and only if the buyer has a prescription in hand.

A prescription is only available to people who are trying to quit smoking.

NicQuit exists to streamline the journey from enquiry to prescription to supply to quitting.

Is NicQuit a Pharmacy or a Prescriber?

No. We are a marketing and order processing organisation.

We partner with prescribers and pharmacies to streamline and support the quit smoking journey for patients Australia wide.

Account and Membership Setup
What is the cost for a NicQuit Account?

Free.

What is the difference between an Account and a Membership?

An Account can be established with just your name, mobile number and email.

A Membership is granted to Account holders who apply for and are issued a prescription.

Members have access to the Shop and other resources.

Ordering and Payment
How does the ordering system work?
  1. A Member places an order through the Shop.
  2. Payment is made at time of order by Credit Card or PayPal.
  3. Your order is reviewed against your prescription by the pharmacy team.
  4. Once approved, your order is dispensed.
Can I purchase products without a prescription?

No.

You need to get a prescription and become a member of NicQuit to access our Shop.

Collection and Delivery
Can I collect products from the pharmacy?

Yes. Select this option when you order.

Can I have products delivered to me?

Yes. Australia wide by Australia Post. Packaging is discreet.
